About Lisa

I am a morning person who believes in magic and finds joy in life's simple pleasures, from glittering sunrises to mountain landscapes. I approach each day with optimism. While I've faced my share of challenges—just as we all do—I consciously choose optimism and resilience. It's not about being naturally lucky; it's about actively working on how we approach life's ups and downs.

My passion for movement began in childhood with ballet and modern dance, eventually leading me to discover yoga in 2013. Since then, yoga has become far more than just a physical practice – it's my grounding force. When everything goes wrong, I often remind myself and others: "There is still yoga to remember it is going to be ok."

As an instructor, I aim to share yoga's transformative power beyond the "Instagrammable" poses. My classes create a magical bubble amid busy days where students can strengthen their bodies, explore sensations, and find more peace within.
While I hold certifications in Ashtanga and Iyengar (YTT 200h, Rishikesh, 2016) and Hatha Yoga (YTT 250h, Zürich, 2020), my true passion lies in sharing how can yoga enrich our lives – helping others discover their path to a more balanced, joyful life, just as I found mine.
